We have an in-house graphic design department and a dedicate account management team. We also manufacturer our own line of over 300 advertising specialties. Our Quick-N-Easy promotional product line is unique in that we have no minimum quantity requirements, no setup fees, and fast production in 1-5 business days for most orders and even have a rush service in necessary.

Important Terms

Art Charge: Most products require clean, sharp black and white artwork for reproduction of custom logos. Orders will require an art charge if artwork cannot be provided in the required format. Your account manager will be happy to discuss your project with you to determine any art charges that may apply. We do NOT charge an artwork fee for straight text in any font or using artwork from our symbols. Most orders will have an art charge of $35 for creating artwork from a sketch, web site image, letterhead, etc. Artwork is a onetime fee per design, you can use it over and over again for no charge. We will also provide you with a print ready electronic copy of your artwork so you can use it on other products, saving you money down the road.

Setup Charge: Depending upon the production method, the item and the price structured charged, a set-up charge will usually apply and will cover costs such as material cuts, silk-screens, dies and equipment configuration charges. Consult the specific product page for these charges. Generally, we maintain files for a maximum of 24 months. Reorders placed after the 24 month period will require a new set-up charge. Orders within 24 months may qualify for a reduced setup charge.

Product Colors: Color samples shown are to be used as a guide only. Due to variances in monitors, video drivers, the photographic and the printing processes involved in the production of catalogs, slight differences in the product color may occur. If a product is to be used for a particular "color" coordinated promotion and product color is a significant part of the promotion, we ask that you order a random sample or a product proof prior to production.

Imprint Colors: Standard imprint colors vary from item to item. If a specific PMS color match is required, Contact Us for pricing for the specific product.

Production Time: All production times listed are "approximate" and cannot be guaranteed due to variations depending on seasonal changes. Time quoted are actual "working days" (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow additional time for proof approval, production preparation, and delivery time.

Proofs: Electronic proofs of the proposed imprint will be provided free of charge. Product proofs may also be available on certain items, consult with your account manager for costs.

Samples: Random imprinted samples are available on any product at 50% of the smallest quantity list price shown plus shipping.

Special "Event" Dated Orders: Do not "assume" that a specific date can be met if the item ordered is for special event and would be worthless if delivered after the date. Each case should be specifically authorized by your account manager.

Under-run or Over-runs: Due to the very nature of automated high-speed production equipment and methods it is not possible to guarantee exact quantities. It is industry standard practice to allow for an under or over run of 5-10% on certain items. Actual quantity shipped will be billed or credited as necessary.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not typically billed until the order is shipped. An estimated shipping cost can be provided when you order, just ask your account manager.
