When ordering more than one personalized item, you have the option to have one line on each item be unique.  We call this "Individualized", since each item will then be unique for that one line or area.  The rest of the item will be identical in all other areas.

Example: If you wanted 3 picture frames the same except for a persons name on line 1, you could choose "Individualized", and enter all the names on Line 1 as shown below. Separate the text for each frame with the carrot "^" symbol.
