Unfortunately, we get this question a lot, fortunately, we aren't like most companies, we offer some of the fastest production times available. Here's why, most companies take your order and then send it oversees to be manufactured adding days or even weeks to production time. We do almost all orders in-house and can therefore turnaround most orders much faster than other companies. By having a deep inventory, equipment on-site, a graphic design department, and a empowered and knowledgeable staff, we offer unparalleled production times, superior customer service, and inspiring flexibility. When will my order arrive?
When your product arrives depends on two factors, our production time and your choice of shipping methods. Production times are noted with each product description. Standard Flat Rate Shipping is usually 5-10 days but is not guaranteed, we offer guaranteed deliveries with UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air , 3 Day Select and Ground shipments. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on product size, weight, and service selected, however we do offer a flat rate shipping for $6.99, these orders typically ship via USPS and are NOT INSURED, DO NOT HAVE TRACKING INFORMATION, and DO NOT HAVE GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATES. Before checkout, you will be able to see other shipping charges. If you choose UPS for shipping, you will get a tracking number and a guaranteed delivery date from UPS. If the delivery date is missed, we will refund any shipping charges, except for acts of nature beyond our or UPS control.

International Shipping for wristbands is as follows:

1-30 Wristbands (6-10 days) ($13.00)

31-599 Wristbands (6-10 days) ($40.00)

601-1000 Wristbands (6-10 days) ($70.00)

Do I have to pay for duty, taxes or customs fees?
We pay all duty, taxes and customs charges for wristband orders shipped to Canada (customer pays for all other products). Customers outside the United States and Canada are responsibility for any duty, taxes or customs charges. The shipper will contact you to make arrangements for payment. Can I add symbols or a logo?
Absolutely, this link will open a window with 1000's of symbols to choose from. Simply include the symbol code number in parenthesis and we'll replace the code with your symbol. (I.e. (soccer) is replaced with the soccer ball, exactly where you put it in the text box. You can also e-mail us your black and white hi-resolution images. There is no extra charge for these unless we have to spend graphic design time to use your logo, in that case someone will contact you with details. Back to Top

Can I choose any font?
Sure, we have a standard set of fonts we use, but you may choose any font you like. MS Word is a good place to search for fonts. Use the comments field to tell us the font name you would like to use. If we don't have or can't find the font you want, you may also e-mail us your font. We can assist with this if necessary. Back to Top

Can I pick up my purchase?
Absolutely, save on the shipping charges, choose "Pickup" as your shipping method and we will contact you when the order is ready. Back to Top

Do you ship outside the US, to APO/FPO addresses, or to a PO Box?
We ship wristbands worldwide. Other products are not currently shipped internationally or to APO/FPO addresses. UPS will not, but our Standard Shipping can be shipped to a PO Box. Back to Top

Do you provide shipping insurance?
We do not, by default, include shipping insurance for Standard shipping. We insure all UPS shipments for $100 at no additional charge. Insurance may be added to any order, rates will vary. Back to Top

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal and eChecks over our secure checkout pages. We can also accept money orders and checks via mail, checks will delay shipping while it clears. We also accept official school purchase orders, we only accept purchase orders from schools. Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for all purchases shipped to Tennessee addresses unless we have a Valid Resale Certificate on file prior to your placing an order. Fax forms to 423-257-3459. Back to Top

Can I include a gift card with my purchase?
Yes, a handwritten gift card can be included free of charge if you provide a card message at checkout. Back to Top

What is your return policy?
If we have made a mistake on your order in any way and you are not satisfied, simply call our office for an RMA number and return the defective product to us within 7 days of delivery along with an explaination and a copy of your order and we will either replace the product or refund the charges at our discression. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, unless due to an error on our part. Back to Top

What is your recycling program?
We have made every effort to develop a recycling program that will benefit our clients, our communities as well as maintain our responsibilities to the environment. In doing so, we have developed one of the first of it's kind silicone wristband recycling programs. If you have over 100 wristbands that you no longer need, you may send them to our address below for recycling. If you do not have 100 bands, we ask that you wait to send your wristbands for recycling until you have at least 100.
